Package Your Items
Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund.
